We have brought a little taste of Texas here to Rochester with a special made 4,000 pound smoker from Klose BBQ Pits out of Houston, TX a piece of machinery that does more than simply look exquisite.

The food that is produced from this contraption will make your mouth water and your stomach crave that hickory smoke-enhanced meat flavor. This mobile pit is designed to suit needs, as well as the needs of your guests through quality and convenience. A brief layout of how our services work is as follows

Come get it at a pre-determined time and we will load you up–hot or cold…your choice.

 

10 person minimum: Served in heavy disposable aluminum pans for your ready to eat feast– just point us in the direction of the grits table and we will fill it with grub for you and yours. Please allow a 20-minute leeway in delivery time.

 

80 person minimum: The full enchilada…the mobile smoker and a crew to man this bad boy. Served buffet style and is all-inclusive. (For under 80 persons: we will bring in our expert crew to serve it up for you buffet-style with all the trimmings to make your event a success. Sorry guys, no smoker on this one.)

Bar-B-Que Pulled Pork
This Beale Street favorite has been slow-smoked for approximately 20 hours. Melts in your mouth!

Bar-B-Que Beef Brisket
This appetizing selection is hickory smoked slow and easy for 8 hours

Texas Style Pork Ribs
A fine choice- cooked under a low heat while lingering in the smoker to ensure the finest taste of this palatable pig.

Bar-B-Que Chicken
You've got some deciding to do with this one, folks! Both are slathered with Beale Street's sweet-tasting bar-b-que sauce.
Half Chicken: Yes, we mean the entire half of the bird…leg, thigh, wing and breast!
Quarter-Chicken: A medley of leg, thigh, wing and breast– a great choice if you'd prefer to save stomach space for another selection.
We also offer boneless / skinless breasts - marinated and grilled to perfection.

Turkey
Interested in turkey cooked the slow-smoked way? Just ask- and we'll be more than happy to satisfy your cravings

The Long-horn Combo
A plan for those light-and-to-the-point lunch and dinner gatherings, choice of one meat and two sides.

The Blazing Pit Combo
For a slightly larger meal, you can opt this plan with two meats and two sides- your choice of each.

The Smoke-house Combo
For a hardier fill, impress your guests with three smoked meats and three sides.

 

  

All plans come with your choice of our homemade cornbread or hard rolls, disposable plates, napkins, wet-naps, flatware, and serving utensils. Prices are guidelines only. As you can imagine, each party is unique to us and will be priced out accordingly. Certain meats, side dishes, desserts and specialty items can alter the prices. Pricing does not include tax or gratuity.

"On-the Go"
requires a 10% gratuity and a modest delivery fee if applicable.

"Bring it On"
requires a 15% gratuity and a modest delivery fee if applicable.
